The Minimum Order we are able to process is $35.00. Please note that if you choose an item or items that total less than $35.00 a warning will show during checkout and your order may be subject to a minimum order fee.

Most of our products are sent via UPS bin order to track packages. It UPS Ground comes with an automatic $100.00 lost fee which protects us in case the package gets misplaced. Please note: UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. If you desire a delivery to post office box, please choose United State Postal Delivery.

The most expensive way to go but when you have to have it”, have a means to “get it to you.”

If your items are under 100 pounds then our shopping cart system will give you a quote on shipping direct to your door. If you are a commercial business be sure to pick commercial UPS pricing. And if your package is over 100 pounds, you might want to call our office and get special quoting on a lower shipping rate.

Pacific 4 has a normally low special discount rate on all our packages that we always pass along to our customers. In addition to this low rate, UPS also offers higher discounts to customers who ship over 200 pounds at a time. This lower rate is very significant and if at all possible we encourage our customers to order in increments that go over 200 pounds.

To illustrate this savings we have reproduced what an actual UPS shipment leaving our office in Southern California and going to New York would cost using this special rate.

In most instances this is the most economical way to ship large orders that are over 800 pounds. We use several national carriers, however if you have a preference or wish to use your own account # please feel free to let us know.

There are some items listed on our website that come with the freight prepaid. For all other orders Pacific 4 offers freight prepaid on orders over $2000 in a single shipment to one location in the continental United States

Freight claims and shortages must be recorded on delivery receipt at time of delivery.
