Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may call us toll free for a Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt of the product you will receive full credit for your purchase, less freight.

Returns and Exchanges

Pacific 4 accepts returns/exchanges with a return authorization number which you can receive by calling 1-800-259-3912 or by e-maiing info@pacific4.com

We cannot process your credit without a return authorization number.

With all returns we will issue and exchange, credit or refund LESS A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE.

Please insure your package as we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages.

Privacy Statement

If you place an order or request a catalog, your information is stored in our customer database. You are not at risk of being deluged with junk mail after shopping with us because we do not rent or sell our customer list.
